Roof top unit with integrated gas burner
Burner connection managed as a backup for the heating, depending on the environmental conditions and the energy efficiency logic: - On cooling only units, the control activates the burner in the same way as a backup electrical heater stage. - On heat pump units, three different operating modes can be selected: • the burner operates after the compressors, as a backup stage, • the burner operates in place of the compressors, • the burner operates in place of the compressors if the outdoor temperature is below a selected value. Power control is carried out by the burner's own control, according to the signal received from the CIATrtc control (0-10 V).
Compressor with low temperature protection (additional crankcase heater): compulsory if the outdoor temperature is below -8ºC WB.
Electrical heater for antifreeze protection of the mixing box dampers: compulsory if the outdoor temperature is below -12ºC WB. Tropicalised electrical cabinet. Varnish included for electrical board, terminal and cards of the electrical cabinet (for a tropicalised motor and fan, please consult us). Stainless steel condensate drain pan for the indoor circuit (standard pan in galvanised steel). EC electronic propeller fans on the outdoor circuit, which adapt their rotation speed to the installation's requirements, thereby reducing consumption of electricity and the sound level at partial load, and improving the unit's average seasonal efficiency. High pressure supply air fans for the indoor circuit (for pressures above 30 mmWC). Belt- and pulley-driven centrifugal fans with backward curved blades on the wheel. Plug-fan (by consult) Overpressure control with the MC0 assembly. The soft start for the supply air fan increases the warm-up time, and is mainly designed for installations with textile ducts. Compulsory with motors of 15 kW and above. Droplet eliminator on the outdoor air intake. G4 gravimetric filters.
Tandem compressors improve the management of stages and, as a result, the unit's energy efficiency. Assembly with mixing box and free-cooling: 2 dampers (motorised): • MS: Outdoor air intake with damper, interlocked with return damper. 3 dampers (motorised): • MA: Axial return and air extraction fan with duct (to prevent recirculation). • MC0: Lower MC0 radial centrifugal return fan.
