USE
AEROFRESH is integrated into drycoolers and air condensers and provides adiabatic cooling of the air. - Available for the VEXTRA and OPERA ranges (in horizontal position - induced draught). - Used during the warmest periods.
DESCRIPTION
AEROFRESH is a complete air cooling system which uses water misting. Misting is obtained using a high pressure water spray technology (up to 100 bar). Ultra-fine droplets are sprayed in the opposite direction to the flow of air, causing them to evaporate instantly. The air is cooled before it enters the drycooler. Stainless steel misting rails with brass anti-drip nozzles. 100 bar pump with pressure gauge - operating pressure between 70 and 100 bar. Antibacterial water treatment: 1 filter + UVC lamp continually producing hydrogen peroxide. Control: use a control unit with Aeroconnect and an outdoor sensor for automatic misting activation. AEROFRESH is also available in an ionised water version: - All metal parts in contact with water are made from stainless steel, including the nozzles.
ADVANTAGES
Smaller units. An alternative to cooling towers, misting allows the fluid temperature to be reduced. Increased power of existing units.
AEROFRESH
ASSETS
Health and safety: - One 5-micron filter + bactericidal treatment using hydrogen peroxide. - Biofilm prevention system.
Optimised water consumption: - No water supply wastage as all the water evaporates thanks to the ultra-fine droplets. - To meet requirements as closely as possible, several nozzle diameters are available and the pressure is set between 70 and 100 bar.
