The investor's requirements

By definition, the market of exclusive hotels provides services of high-quality. To achieve maximum comfort as quietly as possible, the equipment used must be one of the best there is.
In this case, not only did the investor wish to work with a very well-known company, capable of providing a complete offer, with high-performance and durable equipment, all for an affordable price; he also wanted to make energy savings across all of the systems.
Comfort, silence, savings and quality of service were the customer's selection criteria.

CIAT's response

Our specialised sales force was quick to understand the customer's needs and responded precisely to his expectations.
We installed an AQUACIAT Power ILD 1800V reversible water chiller. It delivers 460 kW of cooling capacity and uses R410a refrigerant for increased energy efficiency. It was equipped with a desuperheater to alternately produce domestic hot water. The AQUACIAT Power unit is equipped with Scroll compressors as standard.
An ECOCIAT 90V heat pump, also equipped with a Scroll compressor and using R410a refrigerant, was also installed. It features a brazed-plate evaporator.
The 104 COADIS COMFORT ductable units delivered by CIAT are concealable, easy to install and maintain, and, above all, ensure thermal, aeraulic and acoustic comfort. Thirty one attractive and economical MELODY cassettes meet all requirements in terms of noise level.
CIAT has also delivered four AIR COMPACT air handling units equipped with plate recovery units and variable frequency drives. These VFDs have been designed, in particular, for easier maintenance to reduce your operating costs.
