Use :

The RESIDENCIAT system is specially designed to air condition and heat detached houses, flats and small businesses. The system-powered terminal unit fits inside a suspended ceiling. Not only does it combine the economic benefits of installing and operating a central boiler and chiller plant, it also allows individual temperature control in all rooms.

Description :

The RESIDENCIAT system includes:

One ductable terminal unit with two or four pipes or two pipes and an electric heater
Wall display units (one main terminal and up to six zone terminals)
Motorised dampers (to be fitted during installation)
Supply/return air diffusion system
Central control.

Requirements:

Hot and/or cold water production system (heat pump, chiller, boiler, etc.)
Two or four-pipe system
Energy meters in each flat (residential buildings)
