Our organisation is structured by country and around markets (offices, industry, healthcare, individual or collective housing, hotel, shopping centres and airports) in which we can exercise our present or future expertise.
It relies on a direct network, represented by CIAT's sales force and subsidiaries, and an indirect network of partners and exclusive distributors.
The teams are located throughout each territory (region, geographical area) and are responsible for one or two markets in their area and for managing sale orders and a portfolio of installers.
This sales organisation is reinforced by a team of Market Managers, each of whom is responsible for a market. They have an overall understanding of the markets in their zone and provide the link between the sales network, the factories, the product managers and the sale itself.
Our market expertise, in conjunction with an adapted product offer, must respond to the client's various needs. It must also enable CIAT to anticipate the future by innovating alongside the client with a view to meeting the challenges of the future in terms of comfort, energy saving and environmental protection.
