Today, CIAT's production capacity ranks among one of the best in Europe.
It operates 11 factories throughout the world located in eight industrial sites in Europe and Asia, covering a total surface area of 180,000 m2.
5 sites in France
2 sites in Culoz and Belley: a vast 115,000 m² technical and industrial complex:
- Culoz: manufacturing air handling units, water chillers and air conditioning terminal units
- Belley: heat exchangers
- Serrières-en-Chautagne: heat pumps for individual housing
- Mortagne: air-handling units
- Cristopia Energy Systems, located in Vence: cooling energy storage systems.
3 sites outside France
- In the south of Spain: Ciatesa (Montilla) - air-to-air heat pumps and water chillers
- In China: CIAT Chinasia (Hangzhou) - high-capacity chiller units and cooling energy storage systems.
- In Italy: Cipriani (Verona) - plate heat exchangers.
In the long-term, each of these production sites will become a specialised pole of excellence based on criteria defined by CIAT, according to their technological and industrial environments and geographic location, with a view to strengthening links with local markets.
